Its operations with the Norwegian manned BOAC service between Leuchars, Scotland and Bromma (Stockholm), Sweden during WW2, and operations with No. 20 Transport Squadron, RAF and No. 335 Squadron RNoAF post war.Reviews:2nd TACTICAL AIR FORCE Vol. 1: Spartan to Normandy June 1943 to June 1944 This book deals with the formation of the 2nd Tactical Air Force and the expansion during the first critical month of the invasion. It describes day-by-day activities for the units within 2nd TAF. For each day a list of victories and losses is given, with time, squadron, aircraft type, serial, code (if known), pilot(s) and claim/loss. Short descriptions of the opponents are also given.
